Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (By appointment only)

Tuesday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Open to the public)

Closed for lunch 12:00 to 12:30 P.M.


Sunset Gardens

Sunset Gardens project is almost completed. RHA has a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy until all outstanding work items by contractor and subcontractors are completed. Once we get a permanent Certificate of Occupancy, we will be having an Open House and will begin opening to the public for our voucher clients then. We’ll keep you posted on the progress.

We are currently at our office location below but are still not open to the public until a permanent Certificate of Occupancy is received by the City of Renton.
