12 Affordable Homeownership townhomes - 3 and 4 bedroom - being sold through Homestead
The information from the pre-application is used to determine whether a household is eligible to participate in Homestead’s program. If so, they will be added to Homestead's Interest List, which receives email alerts any time we have an affordable home available for purchase. The email will contain details about the home, as well as instructions for how to follow up on one’s interest in a particular home. If a household is found to not be eligible, they will be asked to provide additional information if they believe an error was made.
The sales period at Willowcrest will begin this month with promotion of the homes slated for lower-income borrowers* (those making less than 60% of the area median income), so we encourage anyone interested to complete the pre-application as soon as possible if they have not already.
*Three homes at Willowcrest are priced to be affordable to those who make 60% of area median income or less and are experiencing housing instability. Applications are now open for these homes (Phase 1).
Willowcrest Phase 2: Application period now open until July 9th, 2021.
