RHA INFORMATION RELEASE

06/21/2023

RHA is having staffing issues throughout the entire agency and especially in the HCV or Section 8 division. If you are trying to reach someone via phone or email, we only have two full-time staff and several temp workers assisting with phones and emails along with workload efforts. Please be patient until we can get fully staffed. RHA, once fully staffed and trained, will begin its goals of meeting a higher standard of customer service across the board.
